The system becomes a central repository of information that allows for a cycle of continuous improvement providing immediate visibility of qualified employees, improving efficiency and reducing downtime.
SYSTEM FEATURES:
• Easy to use and access. Web based training portal can be accessed anywhere (around the world or on the plant floor) that an internet connection is available. There are no user access fees making the system available to all employees, customers, vendors, contractors, systems developers, or auditors if required.
• Open source solution - low cost, no user or maintenance fees. Code is completely open for customization and integration with any existing solution. Open source solutions are more sustainable because they are not tied to a software vendor.
• A central repository of knowledge resources with ease of integration with any existing document management system, content management system, quality management system, human resource management system, knowledge portal or any other form of electronic documentation, internal or external training programs.
• Collaborative environment allows for immediate communication, feedback and improvement of resources including human, documentation, processes and systems. Modules include activities, quizzes, multiple choice, feedback.
